Of the approximately 75 m² roof terrace with gazebo you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, the City of Guanabo and the lush vegetation behind the house. The use of the terrace all guests present at any time at no extra cost.
 
The pool and pool area with bar and outside toilet may be used during the pool times (10am - 10pm) by all guests of the house. The use is included in the room rate already.
 
The host of  the house with pleasure can mix cocktails for 3,50 CUC / piece on the bar avove or the poolbar below.

For 5 CUC / person , we also offer continental breakfast with exotic fruits, coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

If you wish to have dinner, then we can prepare Creole cuisine like seafood ( 12 CUC / person) various meat (10 CUC / person) or vegetarian meals ( 8 CUC / person) for you. How about, for example, with fresh fish or fresh lobsters from the BBQ charcoal grill? One softdrink cost 1,00 CUC/0,33 l, one beer from the fridge cost 1,50 CUC/0,33 l and a bottle of mineral water cost 1,00 CUC/0,5 l.

For 5 CUC , we also offer a laundry service . We wash and iron your dirty clothes.
I you are planning a celebration/party, we can organize a prepared grilled suckling pig with various side dishes for you. The price for this is effort dependent and therefore to ask directly in the house.
Two bodyboards for people to 80 kg of body weight are available to rent. Great fun in a heavy swell. This we rent on demand for every 5 CUC / day.
